Every exercise we do is done with the intent to strengthen your core and the little muscles that support your joints. By training with this type of equipment allows for instability which brings about stability in the body. Also, training your muscles independent of one another identifies muscle weaknesses and imbalances. This "independent" training then enables them to strengthen and re-balance.

We use these pieces of equipment in such a way to always create imbalance, to use more than one plane of movement to ensure the body is being stressed in multiple ways. This then allows the core to engage and strengthen. Also, the smaller stabilizing muscles get strong as well. That in turn reduces injuries weather you are an athlete or not.
